HUMAHAGULGOL. Bumabaha ng luha sa silid ni papa pagdating namin sa ospital. Nakapalibot ang buong pamilya ni Anthony sa kama ng aking byenan habang umiiyak. Kaagad yumakap ang ina nito sa aking asawa pagdating namin.

"Wala na ang papa mo anak."

Tahimik na umiiyak si Anthony. Yumakap din ito sa ina ng mahigpit. Pilit na pinapakal...
